Facility Demolition, Decontamination & Restoration
MT specializes in the industrial decontamination of facilities and equipment contaminated with PCBs, lead, asbestos and other hazardous materials. MT's industrial decontamination practices commonly include high-pressure spray washing, steam cleaning and scarifying contaminated surfaces.
MT also decommissions and demolishes facilities with sensitive environmental issues. Our skilled workforce is trained in regulatory compliance, permitting, estimating waste quantities, and waste management. Many state regulatory agencies encourage the recycling and reuse of rubble from the demolition of buildings, bridges and roadways.
