Landfill Closure
MT has performed multiple landfill closures involving extensive erosion and stormwater control, installation of gas venting systems, installation of geosynthetic liners, drainage systems, and monitoring wells, and engineered permeable and impermeable caps. MT has completed site closures of all sizes for Federal, State, and Municipal clients.
MT has also completed fast-tracked emergency response actions in a limited time frame.
MT owns and operates the necessary equipment to complete projects of all types, and employs personnel with more than 25 years of experience in successful landfill closure operations. MT developed an effective and efficient clay mat installation method and has expertise in all phases of closure.
