City of Pittsfield – Tyler Street Streetscapes
This high-profile revitalization project for the City of Pittsfield involved a makeover of the Morningside corridor to improve pedestrian safety, traffic calming, and economic revitalization. Maxymillian’s scope of work primarily included roundabout construction to realign the complex, five-way intersection of Tyler Street, Woodlawn Avenue, and Dalton Avenue into a modern roundabout. Additional infrastructure improvements included widening sidewalks, improving crosswalks, adding designated bicycle lanes, installing new lighting, planting trees, and creating modern bus stops and shelters.
