Bridge H-14-007 Replacement — Route 8A over West Branch Brook, Heath, MA
Maxymillian is leading the full replacement of Bridge H-14-007 on Route 8A over the West Branch Brook, involving complete demolition and reconstruction of the existing structure along with associated roadway and safety upgrades. The project scope includes installation of a 23-foot deep temporary Support of Excavation (SOE) system — comprised of soldier beam and lagging walls — enabling safe, staged demolition of the existing bridge and construction of the new structure. Work also includes placement of new pre-cast concrete bridge beams and cast-in-place concrete deck pours.
