Maxymillian completed four phases of streetscape rehabilitation and renovation work on historic North Street in downtown Pittsfield, MA. The high-profile projects were completed in succession for the City of Pittsfield and MassDOT and totaled nearly $10 million. Maxymillian maintained continuous access to businesses and properties during construction. The combined phases included over: 16,317FT of curbing, 1,350SF of sidewalks, 18,720SF of pavers, and 4,356EA of plantings.
